Return and exchange policy
*Conditions for Application:
The product must have complete labels, tags, and the AgiX invoice from the store, Fanpage, or e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Tiktokshop.
The product must be unused, unwashed, or undried and free from odors, stains, tears, rips, etc. (except in the case of manufacturer defects).
Each order is eligible for exchange only once.
*Shipping Fee Conditions:
FREE SHIPPING is applied for orders valued over 800,000 VND.
In case of return or exchange, AgiX will cover 100% of the shipping fee if:
The product is defective due to a manufacturer's error (with unboxing video/proof).
The product received is not the item ordered or does not match the image posted by AgiX.
AgiX will not cover the shipping fee in the following cases:
If the customer wishes to exchange for a different product/size (products of lower value than the original item will not be refunded the difference).
*Notes:
AgiX does not accept returns or exchanges for products participating in a promotion/discount program of over 30%.
If the customer wishes to exchange for a different product, AgiX encourages them to choose an item of equivalent value since AgiX does not refund the difference if the new product is of lower value. If the product is of higher value, the customer only needs to pay the price difference.
*Applicable Period:
Returns and exchanges are permitted within 7 days from the date of product receipt, applicable to all online and offline orders nationwide.
